This was our 8th trip top Honduras and our 2nd to Anthony Key Resort. Such an amazing week. Logged 18 Dives, plus serval of our group did the Shark Dive. While a bunch went and enjoyed the dolphin encounters. What an great time, dining next to the ocean watching dolphins play. Sunsets on over water cabanas, and a great variety of marine life. And yes, we even brought along our version of a pirate flag.
Roatan Spring 2024Wow what an amazing trip. So nice to go to a resort that has everything,. Great Food, friendly staff, amazing sunsets, and top notch diving. Of course diving with great people makes every trip just so much better. Over the course of the week we logged 15 dives, shared lots of laughs, incredible marine life, and did I mention amazing sunsets.
Cayman Brac Spring 2023This wiggled in a second trip, back to Cozumel, but this time to Hotel Cozumel. Well lets just say WOW, what a great resort, fun people and so close to town.Our group of 28 had a blast. Lots of our younger divers on this trip. We even mananged to get some traingin in with divers completing Advanvced, Nitrox, and Master Diver. Nightly entertainment, good food and easy access for shore diving as well as boat diving. Cozumel Fall 2022This year we decided to go back to the Occidental Grand Cozumel with 32 thrill seeekrs. The resosr tis simpy beautiful, the food amazing, and the cost very reasonable. Pro Dive did a great job, guiding us along drift dives to Punta Sur, Santa Rosa, Planacar, La Francesa, and of course the Shipwreck C-53. While we only hit the water for ten dives, it was a great week. With nightly entertainment, beach massages, kayaking, great food, and a daylong tour of the Island, before jetting home. Cozumel Spring 2022Our merry band of 28 travels ventured to Reef PlyaCar for week of diving, laughter, and sun. Some of the group got an early start arriving Friday, while the remaining landed Satruday afternoon. Over the course of the week, we saw sharks, sharks, turtles, , sting rays, spotted eagle rays, and a host of other little critters. Plus we dove in the Cenote and tours the Myan Ruins at Tulum. Simply an amazaing trip. Oh yea, we had to proposals on the TRIP
Plya Del Carmen – Mexico 2021Can you say WOW Our merry band of 30 travels ventured to Ramon’s Village for week of diving, laughter, and sun. Some of the group got an early start arriving Friday, while the remaining 26 landed Satruday afternoon. Over the course of the week, we saw sharks, sharks, and more sharks, dolphins, turtles, tarpon, sting rays, spotted eagle rays, and a host of other little critters. Lots of swim through’s, and an amazing Staff, both on the water and on the Land. Oh yea, did I mention the BLUE HOLE. Yep we ventured out to the Blue Hole for a little deep dive (130ish feet, followed by two amazing dives on the return trip to the resort. Our land time was spent exploring San Pedro and the Caye, a trip to the mainland to see Lamanai and the New River. PLUS an amazing sunset dinner on the beach for 30. A special thanks to Einer Gomez (resort Manager and Rick Sutherland (Dive Shop Manager), for going above and beyond to make our group feel like family.
Ambergris Caye – Belize 2020Every few years we have ventured back to Cozumel to enjoy some great drift diving. This year we decided to check out a new resort, for future group travel. Cozumel 2019Our group arrived in Bonaire, on Saturday, for a week of diving, adventure, and even a night road trip. WOW what an amazing Team they have at Toucan Diving and an amazing Dive Staff. All told, our 28 diver's racked up a lot of bottom time, with 2 boat dives each day, one night boat dive, tons of shore dives. There was an exciting night dive from shore at the salt pier, which brought in tarpon, turtles, and so much more. Rumor has it some of our divers even did a sunrise dive to 130 feet off the resorts beach. Bonaire is noted for its shore diving and yellow rocks that mark where the access point is to the shore dive sites. We were honored that the Team at Toucan Diving presented with us with our own rock to mark our place in their home.
2019 - BonaireOur dive trips have become a cool way for families and friends to enjoy great diving and fellowship. All told, we made 15 dives, including the 2 night dives, three wreck dives, and a few deep dives to boot. There were laughs, tears of joy, and some great experiences, including many cool group dinners, and a visit at from a pirate ship. There was a bit of local sightseeing and a fantastic sunset dinner cruise on Friday.
2018 - St. KittsOur group arrived in Florida, in various ways and times, some by air, and some by land, some on Saturday and Some on Sunday. Yes, we did have 2 couples make this a road trip. All told, we made 11 dives, including the Duane, Spiegel Grove, Benwood, and an awesome night dive. There was a bit of local sightseeing, and a soiree to Key West to visit the Mel Fisher and Key West Shipwreck museums, and all the other cool spots. FINS UP for Amanda, Logging 101 HOURS Underwater.
2017 - Key LargoAnthony Key Resort is located on the west side of Roatan. Our merry band of travelers arrived throughout the day on Saturday (February 11), enjoyed a welcome cocktail, and a stunning sunset. Every day we enjoyed beautiful reefs along the west side of the island, and some great shore diving on the house reef. The meals were fantastic. Good food, lots of it, and a wide assortment. In addition to some night diving, several of the adventurous of the group, enjoyed a shark dive, and a dolphin dive.
2017 - RoatanWe landed in Cozumel just after noon and shortly thereafter Amanda and Jay charmed the dive shop manager out of a full round of cylinders so they could dive on Saturday. Let’s just say that it was a great week, with many milestones accomplished. We enjoyed some great night dives from shore, including a big puffer who followed us around like a little puppy.
2016 - CozumelOur band of travelers ventured to Lions Dive Resort Curacao, to dive with Ocean Divers. During the course of the week, the group made 19 dives, including trips to the Tugboat, Lost Anchor, Eel Valley, Sandy’s Plateau, Beacon Point, Cornelius Bay, The Car Pile, Sweet Bottom, and the Wreck of the Superior Producer.
